Purpose

 

The purpose of this church shall be to worship God, to preach the gospel of Jesus Christ and to celebrate the Sacraments; to help others and ourselves to know the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord; to be guided by the Holy Spirit in responding to this love, to realize Christian fellowship and unity within this church and the Church Universal; to exercise Christ’s reconciling and redeeming love in service toward all humanity; to strive for righteousness, justice and peace among all human beings; and, to advance the will of God in our world.
